Class Website
This website was designed for parents and students to refer to for class assignments, events and news. I used this as a way parents could stay involved in their student's classwork and to keep up to date on events happening in our class and our school. I believe it is very important to involve parents in student's daily school activities and the class website is a great way opportunity for this to happen. The only downside to the website is that not every parent or student has immediate access to a computer. I send home a weekly newsletter as another way parents can keep track of class events if they do not have access to a computer.

Weekly Newsletter
The weekly newsletter, like the class website, is designed for parents and students to refer to for class assignments, events and upcoming events. At the end of each Friday, newsletters are sent home for students to share with parents. Newsletters are supposed to be signed by a parent and returned on Monday.
