The 5th Grade Go Green Project
The 5th Grade Go Green Project was an all year class endeavor with my students. I began the year with discussing what reduce, reuse, recycle mean and the importance of going green. As a class, we decided how we could go green in the classroom, in the school and in the community and spent the school year implementing those ideas. This project encouraged students to take an active role in cleaning up the environment in their own community.
